M Barnwell Services Medical Grade Seals and Gaskets are an integral part of many healthcare devices. Available in standard sizes or custom cut, these Medical Seals are made from a range of materials, including silicone (VMQ), fluoroelastomer (FKM / Viton™), Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM), EPDM, and PTFE.

Depending on the application M Barnwell Services and it’s manufacturing partners offer full batch traceability throughout the manufacturing process and the issuing of BS EN ISO 10204 certification when available. Materials are certified and compliant with industry standards such as FDA and USP Class VI <87>, USP Class VI <88>, USP <381> Type I.
