Longstanding Barnwell worker celebrates 25 years’ service and 75th Birthday

Celebrations were in full flow as loyal employee, Mavis Cash marked 25 years’ service at fluid seal supplier M Barnwell Ltd and her 75th birthday.

Jubilant Mavis, who is currently Telesales Executive at Barnwell’s Birmingham HQ was praised by her peers for her continual dedication and was presented with bouquets of flowers, expensive gifts and many cards.

Commentating on her anniversary Mavis said: “My 25 years at Barnwell’s has flown by. It’s a great place and I have never once thought about retirement. I’ve been working in the industry for just over 35 years and it’s still a pleasure to work and talk to new and exciting people.”

Mavis continued: “There’s always a new challenge that keeps me wanting to come in and do more. I’m going nowhere soon and I look forward to many more successful years to come!”

Barnwell, MD, Mike Barnwell said: “Mavis is a fantastic employee and has worked incredibly hard over the last 25 years.”
