Coronavirus (COVID 19) Update From M R Barnwell

With the rapid changes we are seeing both locally and globally, we wanted to take the time to send an update on what that currently means for M Barnwell Services Ltd and for you.
We are operating as a supplier of essential products to critical industries exempting us from closure. We remain open and operating to continue providing the goods and services so desperately needed during these uncertain times.
We’ve taken the necessary steps to meet Covid 19 protocols in the workplace such as Hygiene, Social Distancing, PPE and we have applied restrictions on all Visitors and Travel unless absolutely critical. These new working practices are under constant review with guidance provided by PHE ; WHO and the UK Government.
We are equipped to handle virtual meetings and Email remains the fastest and easiest means of prioritizing requests, but all our staff are accessible via phone as well. Your local sales managers and representatives are also available via email and mobile phone to assist you with your needs.
We have assessed supply continuity risks, particularly from affected countries or regions, and to date, we are not experiencing any major disruptions to our operations in the UK but it was inevitable that with some manufacturing partners the delivery lead times have increased. Any such changes to standard lead times will be confirmed on our quotations and sales order acknowledgments and we will continue to monitor the situation and notify you at the earliest of any additional changes that will impact us or you during this time.
These are unprecedented and challenging times; however, we are confident with the measures taken our organisation and team will continue to support you and your business providing the services and products that you require.
