DIN3869 Seals or Fluid Connector Seals are alternative names for Profile Seals. They are used as axially static soft seals in combination with threaded elements, often used as an alternative to an O Ring/Back up Ring combination. They present a good resistance to hot water and steam, mineral oils and greases, glycol-based brake fluids, many polar solvents, diluted acids and many more.

Temperature range between -45°C and +200°C (depending on material).
