M Barnwell Services manufactures, distributes and supplies Machined Sealing Products for the most precise specifications and most demanding applications.

Our experienced and knowledgeable engineers can produce standard, bespoke, machined and prototype fluid seals. Our variety of materials include elastomers: Nitrile (NBR), Viton™ (FKM/FPM), Fluoroelastomer (FFKM), Silicone (VMQ), Ethylene Propylene (EPDM), Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR), Aflas® (TFE/P); and plastics: PTFE, PEEK, Polyurethane (AU/EU), Polyamide (Nylon), and Polyacetal. We can also provide Metal & X-Ray Detectable Compounds and Encapsulated Seals.

We can produce machined seals up to 520mm O.D. on site, and larger upon request. Also, we can meet your quantity requirements, from a one-off part, up to 1 million+ parts.
