IDF Gaskets – Hygienic Connector Gaskets

M Barnwell Services is one of the UK’s leading stockist and distributor of hygienic connector gaskets. Available in a variety of styles/types our IDF Gaskets are for the use of IDF (International Dairy Federation) pipe fittings.

IDF gaskets come in a range of elastomers materials, including  Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM), Nitrile (NBR), Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR), Viton® (FKM/FPM), Ethylene Propylene (EPDM) and Silicone (VMQ). All elastomers have been certified to 3-A Sanitary, FDA, BS4825-4:2009 and EC1935/2004 & EC2023/2006 Regulations. Metal and X-ray detectable rubbers are also available. Full documentation will be provided.

IDF gaskets are specifically designed to meet the critical demands of Food, CPV, Brewing and Bottling, Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical industries. Their features include low maintenance, longer lifespan, high performance and are user-friendly.
