Camlock Gaskets are available in a variety of styles/types and sizes to suit your application. A specialist range includes FEP Encapsulated and Metal/X-ray detectable seals.

The range meets FDA, EC1935/2004 & EC2023/2006,  Sanitary 3-A and USP Class VI requirements. Full documentation and certificates can be provided.

Other names for Camlock Seal Gaskets include Cam and Groove Couplings. They allow you to quickly connect and disconnect your hose and pipework. Powders, liquids, gases, granules, and vapours can all travel through a Camlock Seal Gasket.

Camlock gaskets have a square section and are usually Teflon encapsulation. They are designed to handle virtually all chemicals and can combat rigid corrosive environments and are available with either a Viton® or a Silicone (VMQ) core. The flexibility of the core and the chemical resistance of the FEP encapsulation gives an improved seal, even at raised pressures and temperatures.

These features and the non-stick finish of the encapsulation allow simple gasket installation as well as a reusable leak-free seal.

Gaskets can be used in Pharmaceutical and Hygienic industries as they are FDA compliant. Temperature range between -40°C and +205°C. Meets Sanitary 3-A and USP Class VI and FDA requirements and certifications and is ADI-free.
