M Barnwell Services supplies the complete range of Garlock’s KLOZURE® Bearing Isolators (the best alternative to Radial Lip Seal). The range features a labyrinth design which helps exclude the ingress of contaminants whilst retaining lubrication. As a result service life is extended and consumption power is reduced (via non-contact sealing with no wear components). In addition, its metallic and non-metallic design ensures compliance with many industry standards.
Fluoroelastomer (FKM/FPM) O Ring fit provides ease of installation without the need to arbor press, whilst the secondary static seal reduces the risk of shaft scratching. High speeds up to 60,9 m/s and high misalignment up to 0,64mm are another feature. Applications for bearing isolators are include within motors, gearboxes, and pumps.
A wide variety of sizes, configurations, and bespoke designs are available with no tooling need for a custom application.
