O Rings – £5.1million stock holding

M Barnwell Services holds the UK’s largest stock of O Rings. Available in many materials including Nitrile (NBR), Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR), Viton™ (or FKM/FPM), Silicone (VMQ), Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) and specialist Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM). Depending on your application our range of elastomeric material allow sealing of all liquids and gas media whilst also having a rigorous defence in the sterilization process.

All O Rings are for static and dynamic applications and can be measured to imperial (BS1806, ISO 3601) and metric (BS4518) sizes, shore hardness and to a range of International, National and industry specifications, grades and approvals.

Spring Seals / Spring Energised Seals

M Barnwell Services provide a spring energised sealing solution for static, rotary and reciprocating applications. The jacket seals against the malting surface and is energized by a spring.

Spring Seals are manufactured in various standard (BS1806, ISO 3601 andBS4518) or non-standard sizes allowing them to be retrofitted into existing O Ring grooves.

Diaphragms – Comprehensive design components for pressure gauges

Medical applications, particularly in low-pressure valves use rolling and flat diaphragm seals.

Diaphragm Seals are certified to FDA, EC1935/2004 & EC2023/2006 European Regulations, KTW, USP Class VI, UL157, NSF 51, 3A (Sanitary), ACS, and DVGW grades.
