M BARNWELL SERVICES GO FOR MOMENTUM IN 2016

The UK’s leading stockist and distributor of fluid sealing products, M Barnwell Services, held their AGM on November 12th at it’s Birmingham HQ. The event focused on the achievements of the last financial year and looked at its strategic plans for 2016 and beyond. Directors, Regional Managers, General Managers and Sales Representatives attended the event.

M Barnwell Services Director, Clive Fellows, who presented the 2014 / 15 figures said: “It was a difficult start to our financial year and this was echoed throughout our industry. However, towards the middle of the year we changed our approach to become more proactive to develop and secure new accounts. This strategy helped produce some positive and interesting developments that lead to a very strong finish to the year.”

The theme Momentum was to focus on the strong finish, understand what was done well and how to develop on the sales funnel to increase new accounts and expand customer’s share of wallet.

Managers were able to hear about recent developments such as the preferred supplier partnerships with Freudenberg. M Barnwell Services also welcomed Stuart Campton from Precision Polymer Engineering (PPE). Stuart presented their key business lines and all future projects with M Barnwell Services.
