EC Regulations for food contact materials

The EC Regulations EC1935/2004 and EC2023/2006 for food contact materials are:

Our elastomers fully comply with the Regulations. Materials include Nitrile (NBR), Viton® (FKM/FPM), Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM), Ethylene Propylene (EPDM) and Silicone (VMQ). Equipment manufacturers and end-users choose the elastomer material based on chemical, physical productivity and temperature criteria.

All materials complying with EC1935/2004 and EC2023/2006 EC Regulations are also compliant with the following industry standards: 3-A, FDA, WRAS (BS6920) and USP Class VI.
