A high-spec sealing solution was required for a Formula 1 racing team. The team needed a bespoke damper seal prior to the season’s first test session. The car was anticipated to leave the UK within 5 days of placing the order. Performance and set-up would be highly affected in case the car failed the test with the seal installed.

Three sizes of the seal were manufactured within five days. They were then dispatched one day early to make sure they were delivered before the car leaves the UK.
